MAPS

The access to and warehousing of client data is the core feature of the Millennium MAPS process. MAPS stores and categorizes inspection data that the client can access via a secure Internet site. The client access features include numerous capabilities including the following:

  • Data Mining. Standardized and customized reporting by agency, region, zip code, county or any numerous options is available to identify current or historic company trends.
  • Data Warehousing. All of the information collected during inspection and via MAPS process, including a property sketch, digital photos of property and identified hazards and replacement cost data is securely stored and accessible for an unlimited period.
  • Emailing of Inspection Reports. Underwriters can email completed inspection data as desired to Agents or Insured’s.
  • Underwriting Action History As underwriting staff reviews inspection information, a comments log is maintained and all history is accessible to underwriters and managers.

STACK LOGICSM

Millennium’s STACK LOGICSM service allows the client to improve its operational efficiencies and lower underwriting costs. The STACK LOGICSM service applies filtration criteria established by the client to categorize inspection results based on certain inspection outcomes or physical characteristics of the inspected property, thereby prioritizing them as to the level of underwriting review required. For example, if the replacement cost is 95% of Coverage A and no condition issues exist, then no underwriting may be required. Property PredictRSM

Property PredictRSM is a risk scoring mechanism for homeowners insurance underwriting that is predictive of the propensity of the risk for insurance claims. The score provides insurance companies an objective, consistent risk assessment tool, based entirely on the physical characteristics of the property, allowing them to make more informed decisions regarding the acceptability of properties on new and renewal homeowners insurance business. The score is developed from data gathered during the property inspection process and includes replacement cost adjustments and other property attribute information. Appropriately weighted key attributes are added together to produce a score that identifies the loss ratio relativity reflected by the risk. Property PredictRSM may be ordered on new or renewal business or for ITV projects.

The Property PredictRSM engine has been developed using Fair Isaac's cutting-edge analytics and Millennium's unsurpassed property inspection database. Data Warehousing/Data Mining

Millennium permanently stores all of the information it collects through inspections and the MAPS process. Through a secure website, clients are able to access on-line information such as replacements cost, diagrams of a property, digital photos of a property and any hazards and underwriting notes recorded in MAPS.

Millennium’s stores this information for at least 10 years, eliminating the need for paper reports and physical photos. The company can save significant expense dollars since it no longer has to incur the costs associated with routing, managing, filing and storing paper reports. Clients are able to use the MAPS platform to access the information to customize reports using agency, regions, zip code or any numerous options to identify current or historic company trends. Millennium is also able to create special reports for the client using information the client has stored and wants to compare to information Millennium has stored.


Property Inspection Services

Physical property inspection remains the primary source of risk management information gathered for Millennium clients. The MAPS process allows the client to order inspections anywhere in the United States. Millennium will direct its inspector network to measure, diagram, photograph and identify hazardous conditions of a property.
