Open Position: Programmer Analyst
Description: This position will be responsible for working closely with other developers and DBA in order to design, develop, test, enhance and maintain a suite of enterprise applications ranging from client facing web apps to back end server processes. The ideal candidate has experience in C# and the .NET Framework as well as Classic VB and ASP. The applicant must have experience with OO concepts and should possess strong SQL skills, ideally familiar with Oracle databases. Applicant must display initiative and be willing and able to learn new technologies and languages quickly.

Core Job Duties:
Design, develop, enhance, test and maintain web applications, back-end server applications and web services.
Write queries and algorithms as needed for data analysis and application development.
Provide support/analysis for staff.

Open Position: Account Manager
Description: Our Account Managers (AM's) are responsible for maintaining a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that Millennium is providing a substantial value to their clients homeowners inspection processes, and and to seeking out opportunities to further expand Millenniums relationship with their assigned clients. Supported by our experienced and highly regarded Customer Support staff who address day to day issues, our AM's analyze the business needs of our clients, identify business problems, and continually work to propose and implement solutions.

Requirements:
Client interfacing/servicing experience and skills required.
Prior systems experience in personal lines underwriting generally, or homeowners insurance specifically is very helpful
Experience managing projects of moderate-to-significant effort; work towards or completion of Project Management Professional certification helpful but not required.
Software: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Access. Particular strength in managing and analyzing data with Excel pivot tables is helpful

Description: We are looking for 3 employee insurance inspectors to work large local territories based in Minneapolis, Colorado and Cincinnati.
