How and What Information We Collect
The specific data We collect depends on which of our Services You use.
- On maps.millinfo.com (for employees and contractors):
- We collect Personal Data necessary for employment or contract management, such as Your name, email address, phone number, address, and information required for business functions.
- We do not use any third-party cookies, trackers, or analytics software on this platform. All Usage Data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited) is collected and processed in-house for security and functionality.
- On www.millinfo.com (Marketing):
- Currently: This site does not collect Personal Data unless You voluntarily provide it (e.g., through a contact form). It does not use any third-party analytics or tracking software.
- Future Plans: We intend to implement Google Analytics to help us understand site traffic and improve user experience. This service may collect Usage Data, such as Your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. You can learn about Google’s practices by visiting the Google Privacy & Terms web page. We will update this policy before this change takes effect.
- On Self InspectR® (for contracted users):
- This platform is used by individuals under contract with a third party (e.g., Your insurance carrier). We collect Personal Data necessary to create Your Account and provide the contracted service, including Your name, email address, and any data required to perform actions on Your device.

- Analytics: We use a third-party service provider, Sentry (Sentry.io), for application performance monitoring, crash reporting, and error debugging. When errors or technical failures occur in the application, we automatically send data to Sentry to help us quickly identify and resolve the issue. The data we share includes general device information (e.g., operating system version, browser/app version, device model), application state information, the full URL/context of the request that triggered the error, and a user’s Name and Email Address. We use Sentry as a third-party data processor for Name and Email Address strictly for the purposes of troubleshooting specific user issues and providing support, and not for marketing or advertising. While we limit data shared, the Sentry service may still inadvertently capture other small amounts of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that may be present in application logs (Breadcrumbs), system context, or network request payloads. This accidentally collected PII could include a user’s Phone Number, physical address, or other similar identifiers. All technical and PII data collected is processed solely for our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional, secure, and reliable service. You can learn more about Sentry’s privacy practices at https://sentry.io/privacy/.
- Other than Sentry.io, all data is processed in-house.
